We are happy to announce the successful installation and loadout of the CA Litoral A heavy topside in the Gulf of Mexico; this is Pemex’s first offshore floatover installation, as well as the first in Mexican waters.

On Saturday December 13, 2014 members of our company along with their family and companions once again convened at the Hotel Zaza in Downtown Houston for our fourth annual Christmas party!

OffshoreTech has been working on a project for client Valkor LLC, for the engineering and design of an in-field flowline and riser installation. The flowline connects a subsea wellhead with a platform 100 meters away from the well. The riser is inside an I-tube for protection, which itself is clamped onto the jacket leg. 

OffshoreTech has been awarded a new project by Mexican client CPI for the conceptual design and FEED for two jackets and one bridge to connect them in fields PP-Pit-A and PG-H-Pit-A. 

OffshoreTech LLC has been awarded a contract with PETRONAS through MMC Oil & Gas for the decommissioning study of the Sepat EPS (Early Production System) in offshore Malaysian waters. 

On the 23rd and 24th of September 2014, PETRONAS organized their first ever Novel Conference held at the Grand Hyatt, Kuala Lumpur. OffshoreTech Malaysia was honored to be one of the exhibitors and presenters at this prestigious event, along with seven other oil and gas companies, which included Technip, Aker, and SBM. 

We are pleased to report that in recent months, OffshoreTech China (OTC) has added a significant number of new employees as a part of OTL’s overall expansion. To continuously meet our goal of providing reliable and innovative solutions to the industry, we have enrolled nine promising staff members, all of them graduates from top universities throughout China.

OTL is pleased to announce that our team recently stood out among many competitors to be selected for the development of an advanced dry tree semi-submersible production platform. Together with Sany Heavy Industry, OTL will be developing this platform for a confidential client. 

The first Big Boys Talk organized by INSIGHT was held on 25th June 2014 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. OffshoreTech Malaysia was the main sponsor for the event as well as the featured speech, "The Future of Oil and Gas in Malaysia."

OTL was responsible for the basic design of this floatover, and is the verification contractor to CNOOC Shenzhen for the detailed design.

From May 5th to 7th, OffshoreTech attended the world-famous annual Offshore Technology Conference at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. 

On the evening of Sunday, May 4th, OffshoreTech business development delegates attended an open house party hosted by Thrustmasters of Texas in anticipation of the annual Offshore Technology Conference.

On March 5th, OffshoreTech’s business development delegates attended the Subsea Tieback Forum & Exhibition at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. 

On February 5th 2014, two members of the OffshoreTech, LLC business development team attended the TOPSIDES Platforms – Hulls convention at the Moody Gardens Center in Galveston, Texas.
