Jim Li, OTL President, has been invited to participate the China Public Safety Conference held in Beijing, China. Mr. Li has given a key note speech in the Ocean Safety Forum on the major safety issues for the offshore oil and gas development. Many Chinese companies and agencies associate to various aspects of offshore industry have attended the Ocean Safety Forum.
