OTL has been awarded a contract to conduct a re-assessment of the Front Runner Spar topside deck structure by Murphy Oil. A oversized rig is considered to be employed on the Front Runner spar platform. Coupled with more severe environmental condition than was designed for, and higher requirement from API 4F, it is OTL’s goal to verify the adequacy of the existing spar deck structure, and provide solution if reinforcement is necessary.
