On December 15, OffshoreTech held its first Christmas party at Hotel Zaza in Houston's Museum District. 

OTL has started working for a confidential client on what will be the first American wind farm project. The wind farm will be administered by Cape Wind. OTL’s scope of work includes the design of the jacket and the platform installation. The platform is to be installed by floatover method.
