OTL performed the conceptual design of the repair of a large offshore jacket platform for a confidential client.  

OTL celebrated its second annual Christmas party at Hotel Zaza in downtown Houston's Museum District. The party was highly entertaining with live jazz music, a magic show, and games for all the family and friends present. 

OTL started the pre-services engineering for a large size spar for a confidential client. OTL's scope of work includes the majority of marine and structural analysis and design of the load-out, transportation, and float-off phases. Additionally, OTL will provide global performance data and mooring design for this floater.

OTL has been awarded a contract to perform floatover installation engineering for a heavy topside to be installed offshore Mexico for a confidential client.

OTL has completed the dry transport analysis for a semi-submersible drilling rig for a confidential client. The rig will be transported by a heavy lift vessel. 

OTL has participated in the detailed design of a large TLP for a confidential client. OTL's participation is primarily focused on the hull and mooring-related aspects. 

The BPZ CX-15 Buoyant Tower, the first of this kind in the world, has been successfully installed at site by "Fork Lift" floatover methodology. OTL has been instrumental in the design of the Buoyant Tower project, especially for the pre-services engineering phase.  

OffshoreTech has been officially registered by ITS (Integrated Trade Systems) as a preferred vendor for Pemex. 

OTL has started the basic floatover design for the HZ25-8 topside to be located in South China Sea, by using a dynamic positioning heavy lifting vessel. 

OTL has been contracted by CNOOC Research Institute and NOED to design and support the manufacturing, testing, and certification of an 8-inch dynamic oil export pipeline in 300 meter and 1,500 meter water depths. 

An OTL delegation visited Sany in the city of Changsha, in Hunan Province, China to discuss future cooperation. 

OTL has been approved and added to CNOOC Research Institute's pre-qualified vendor/supplier list.

OTL met with a CSSC delegation to discuss potential future cooperation. 

OTL has moved to a new office, strategically situated in Houston's world famous "Energy Corridor" at the center of the oil and gas industry. 

OTL has successfully completed the FEED design of a Conventional TLP for a confidential client.

OTL assisted Horton Wison Deepwater in completing the detailed design of the world's first Buoyant Tower to be installed offshore Peru later this year. 

Sales and Marketing Manager Ms. Mercy Renteria visited Pemex's Subdirector of Offshore Drilling Operations in Villahermosa, Tabaso, for strategic positioning and company exposure. 

OTL's delegation, consisting of the CEO, Mr. Jim Li, and our Sales and Marketing Manager, Ms. Mercy Renteria, visited a conference in New Orleans where they hoped to gain greater exposure for OTL and explored business opportunities as well as possible partnerships.

OTL has been approved and added onto Anadarko’s pre-qualified vendor/supplier list.
