Mr. Huang holds a Masters Degree in Vessels and Ocean Engineering from South China University of Technology. He has over eleven years of experience in different areas; on the technical side, nearly five years in hydrodynamics, motion, risers, and mooring engineering and on the project management side, has held the positions of Lead Engineer, Project Manager, and Company Engineering Manager, leading multiple teams to achieving project goals successfully. 

Additionally, he has strong language communication skills in both English and Chinese, and extensive overseas working experience. Mr. Huang has high level proficiency on many offshore industrial specialized software such as Moses, WAMIT, ANSYS, AQWA, Flexcom, OrcaFlex, AutoCAD, and Pro/E as well as knowledge in SACS, Fluent, and HARP software.
