Mr. Li has more than thirty years working experience covering mining, offshore geophysics, and the offshore oil and gas industry. He holds a BS degree on ocean geography and has performed extensive technical works. However, his primary experience is with company establishment and management.

After taking responsibility of multiple high ranking positions at various companies, in 2005 he accepted the position of Administrative Manager at Ocean Dynamics China, contributing significantly to the establishment and growth of the company. He left Ocean Dynamics China after more than four years of service. In 2011, he accepted the position of General Manager at OffshoreTech China. He was the major contributor for the establishment of the company, and is one of the major factors behind its quick expansion.
