Mr. Jim Li (OTL's President) and Ms. Yiyi Liu (OTC's Sales and Marketing Lead) participated in the 2013 China Offshore Petroleum Annual and Technical Conference hosted by CNPC in Wuxi, China. The conference was also attended by Sinopec, CNOOC, and CCS. Offshore floatover installation was one of the most popular topics, and at the conference, OTL presented the new twin barge floatover technology.
