A team from CNOOC Research Center visited OffshoreTech's Houston headquarters from November 20th to 22nd to conduct a project midterm review for the Drilling Semi Conceptual Design.
The team, led by Mr. Xunke Li (Deputy Chief Drilling Engineer) and Mr. Bin Xie (Deputy Director for the Deepwater Lab), discussed the project particulars up to this halfway point and determined future course of action for the remaining scope.
