OffshoreTech LLC’s Malaysia subsidiary OTM, has signed agreement with Hilong Marine Engineering (Hong Kong) to form a Joint Venture to jointly pursue the transportation and installation of Sepat A Phase 2A platform offshore Malaysia in May 2017. MMHE is the EPCIC general contractor of the Sepat 2A platform. Subsequently OHJV (OTM-Hilong Joint Venture) has been awarded the LOI for the said T&I project. The project is expected to be started soon and to be completed in late 2018.
