SOW and Facts: OTL was awarded a contract from Petronas to develop a guideline document. The FSO/FPSO Conversion Manual and Guideline covers the necessary recommended practices, data, and methodologies related to vessel selection, engineering of all critical components, vessel conversion, and vessel classification. The manual and the guideline will be distributed to various Petronas units for immediate application.
