OTL has been contracted to provide detailed design engineering of the Tekel-A Wellhead Template by client Dragados Offshore Mexico, in conjunction with the on-going detailed design of the Tekel-A deepwater jacket. The wellhead template will be used to accommodate the existing well, and will position and orient the Tekel-A platform during installation.
