OffshoreTech LLC's president, Jim Li, and Business Development Manager, Mercy Renteria, visited Dragados Offshore S.A.'s headquarters at Cadiz, Spain. OTL and Dragados are interested in developing a deeper cooperative relationship, not only for OTL to provide engineering support to Dragados' EPCI contracts, but also to look for potential projects for which ZOMC can provide complete T&I services to Dragados.
