Through public bidding, OTL has been awarded a contract by CNOOC RI for third party verification of two large jackets in relative deep water located in South China Sea. The scope is complete to cover all design aspects and analyses for the FEED design completed, including but not limited to, verification of all analyses, reports, drawings and specifications.
