Following up to OTL’s outstanding performance in the first two rounds of bidding engineering for the large US offshore wind farm, OTL is again invited to bid on another large US offshore wind farm by the same international consortium. OTL will provide similar contracting engineering and expert advice to the consortium on structural design as well as T&I issues.
