SoW and Facts: OTL was contracted to provide a transport solution for the SSCV H206 Drilling Rig, including cargo arrangement optimization, preliminary stability and global strength evaluation, added sponson configuration, cribbing wood arrangement, sea-fastening configuration, float-on/float-off sequencing, and guiding system configuration.

1. Provide a transport solution for the undersized Zhenhua 15 vessel, include the cargo arrangement optimization, preliminary stability and global strength evaluation, added sponsoon configuration, cribbing wood arrangement, sea fastening configuration, float-on/float-off sequence, guiding system configuration, etc.
2. Perform detailed stability and global strength analysis for all conditions include float-on/float-off and transportation.
3. Perform detailed structural analyses and design of the four added sponsoons.
4. Perform detailed cribbing wood arrangement study and optimization, and stress analysis.
5. Perform detailed sea fastening analysis and design
6. Perform detailed float-on guiding system analysis and design
7. Re-class the vessel for the transport with ABS
8. Work with MWS London Offshore to obtain approval of the journey
9. Provide representative to fabrication yard to complete the fabrication and installation of the structures and equipment
10. Provide representative to supervise the near shore float-on operation.
