The technical solution is to optimize the jacket configuration, reduce the jacket weight and increase the jacket buoyancy and design additional buoyancy boxes to meet the crane lifting capacity requirement.

TP-13 Platform Optimization Project
OTL performed jacket and topside optimization design based on iterated analysis results. The jacket lift weight after optimization is reduced significantly and ensure its total lift weight being less than the required 1700 MT and save around 430 MT jacket steel weight. Also after optimization, the weight of the topside structure is reduced by around 600 MT. The TP-13 platform is located at the water depth of 49.1 m.
